Updated October 13, 2026. This notice explains how NorthStar Premier LLC handles information through its federal bid-support website.

What you share with us

The enquiry form asks for your company name, contact name, business email, services, service area and SAM registration status. You can also share a public solicitation link, notes, company website or UEI or CAGE code.

Please do not include passwords, tax IDs, banking details or sensitive or controlled information. The form does not accept file uploads.

How we use an enquiry

We use these details to respond, assess whether our support fits your business and discuss possible proposal work. Sending an enquiry does not start paid work or sign you up for marketing emails.

How your message reaches us

The website sends your form details through Google Apps Script to our business inbox at govcontracts@northstarpremierllc.com. Enquiry emails are stored in Google Workspace. Our website hosting and Google services process information needed to deliver and operate this service.

The website does not keep a separate database of your form answers. Limited security records help prevent excessive or duplicate submissions; those records do not contain the text you enter in the form.

Email and website activity

Email links open your email application. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to send. Website hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Stored correspondence and questions

Enquiry emails remain in our business mailbox. The website does not set an automatic deletion period for mailbox messages. You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion. We will consider your request and any recordkeeping obligations that apply.
